Closing for now. jsdom@30.0.1 requires undici ^8.9.0, and undici@8.10.0 (the latest published version, satisfying that range) throws TypeError: webidl.util.markAsUncloneable is not a function when jsdom loads it, breaking the entire web test suite (16 errors, zero tests ran). There's no newer undici to bump to and no compatible combination available, this is a genuine upstream bug in jsdom 30.0.1 or undici 8.10.0, not something fixable from this repo's lockfile. Will pick this back up once a fix ships upstream.
